No – only lay staff personnel are included in the Total Number of FTE Staff. If you have a doctor who does not see patients, but just manages the practice, then you would include her hours in the FTE Staff figure, but any doctors who treat patients should not be included in that category. We do ask for FTE MD’s and FTE OD’s in another section.
