No, DMP students enroll as full-time students while at Georgia Tech. The disadvantage of this is that there are 2 separate sets of admission formalities to complete, once at NUS and another at GT. However, there is no need to apply to NUS and GT separately. More Q&A will be posted as we receive more queries.
