Fair I think not. The laws that dictate what happens in a divorce are out-dated and anything but fair. But then so are most laws. I have yet to see any person who went through a divorce feel they were treated fairly.

Depends on the divorce; some are and some aren’t. If it’s an amicable divorce, then yes, it usually is.
