Direct admission to the skilled nursing facility is considered only when quality services are not available in the applicant’s home community; if one spouse of a married couple interested in moving into the facility needs such services; for transfers from the Covina campus; and in cases of extraordinary circumstances. Our priority is to meet the skilled nursing needs of all residents.
