No. Many news photos are not 100% proportional to the sizes listed above. A slight amount of white space may be visible around one or more of the edges of the printed photo. Art prints are cut so that the outer dimensions reflect the actual size of the images. This is why we say that art print dimensions are “up to” 16″x20″.
