There are only two different types of tea bushes. These are the Chinese bush Camellia Sinensis Sinensis that is native to China and the Camellia Sinensis Assamica that is native to India . All teas are made from one of these two bushes, it is only the different types of processing that gives rise to different kinds of teas each with its own flavour, colour, aroma and texture.
