Are Diane 35 and Estelle 35 the same contraceptive pill?
“Estelle” is probably the generic version of the name brand pill “Diane.” In terms of efficacy and side effects there should be no difference. In the future however, I would strongly recommend directing this question to the pharmacist, since is was he or she who asked you if you’d like the cheaper version (indicating the generic).
