No, however, they are water resistant. They are designed with rubber o-rings which are used as a gasket to seal the flashlight case against dust and moisture. DEWALT flashlights are not built to be submerged in liquids but can be used on rainy days and will not likely fail if dropped in a puddle for a short period of time.
