Are destination weddings cheaper? What type of price range are brides typically looking at?

In my experience, the wedding itself tends to be less expensive – mainly because destination weddings tend to be smaller. Our clients who opt for beach weddings also save thousands of dollars by not having to rent a venue – the beach is generally free! As far as price range, for the wedding itself, we have all inclusive packages starting as low as $799 US, but most of our clients spend between $2,000 and $3,000 US on the wedding itself, and probably a similar amount on the reception. While that’s well below the $30,000 or so that the average bride spends, destination wedding clients also have to factor in travel expenses and accommodations.
