• It is the individual that is responsible under the Dentist Act, and the amendments under the 19th July 2005 Section 60 order, not the dental laboratory. • Our current understanding is that demonstration cases do not require to be manufactured within the MRHA requirements (ie by prescription) but should follow conventional manufacturing design practice and apply current knowledge.
