Are delegates responsible for covering any health costs that arise during their time in Canada?
Yes. All participants are responsible for their own health insurance coverage to pay for any medical attention that they may require while in Canada. The hotel has a first response capability to address small needs such as cuts, minor burns, non-prescription drugs, etc. The town of Banff has a small hospital and an ambulance service if required. More serious illnesses or injuries will require transport to Calgary by either ground or air transport.
