No, service levels may vary by country AND by install site. For example, “SmartNet two-hour on-site” may not be available in developing countries, or it may only be available in major metropolitan areas within a country. Even in the US, two-hour on-site is not available everywhere. This is why the system must perform re-validation if an install site is changed.
