Decorative wood pieces made out of solid wood are not subject to the regulation. However, if these decorative wood pieces (such as corbels, moldings, rosettes, transition blocks, etc.) are made out of products that contain hardwood plywood, particleboard, or medium density fiberboard, then these goods would be subject to the regulation as a finished good.
