No. The cost of a 2-bedroom, 3-bedroom, 4 -bedroom, and loft unit is the same in both Davis and Opus. Heider rates vary depending upon apartment size. Please see our website for current rates (rates for the 2009-10 contract year will be posted by mid-March). Q: I am starting a professional program (OT, PT, Pharmacy, etc) but I do not have a Bachelors Degree. Can I live in Davis, Heider or Opus? A: Yes. You are eligible to live in Davis, Heider, or Opus. However, if you will have a Bachelors Degree by Fall 2009, please contact the Housing Assignments Office to inquire about leasing space in Heider Hall as a graduate/professional student.
