Are current streaks and monthly wins in play during Stunt events?

Yes. During Stunts the “regular” game is in-play, but any continued streak does NOT count towards the Stunt leaderboard. If you start the day with a streak of “W5” and win the first prop of the Stunt your overall streak will go to “W6”, but your streak for the day will be “W1”. Conversely if you lose it’ll go to “L1”. All matchups played during Stunts will count towards the Most Wins Monthly Prize.
