Are creatine or other supplements the anwser?
If you want to defy your muscles so you are toned, lift light weights instead of heavy ones, when you lift heavy weights you are building not burning, which if you have any fat above your muscles and start building muscle it won’t burn the fat only stay above the muscle making you appear a little hifty instead of fit. Lift a ten or twenty pound dumbbell fifty to a hundred times an arm, run and do lots of cardio to burn the fat once once you have achieved the tone you want after the fatty look is gone you can then get into the creatine and protein for making size the next step, but if you take creatine it just makes your muscles slightly blooted and not so defined and you have to drink at least 12-14 glasses of water and use the micronized stuff other wise you just pee it out and waste your money, your body naturally produces it as well so unless you have a deficiency it shouldn’t be used cause your body will give you what you need, don’t waste your money…
