Are court and bailiff costs included?

0

• Court and bailiff costs are not included in your initial fees. Of course we never envisage that the process of your debt recovery will need to be settled by instructing bailiffs or in a court of law but, if this does happen, these costs are additional as it is impossible to factor such eventualities into the original fee and, of course, if we included these costs in the fee and the debt was recovered before bailiffs or the courts were required you would then have to question why you were charged. • It is important to remember that, if you do have to take your claim to court and are successful, is that the judge will more than likely award costs to the creditor (you) which will have to be paid, on top of the original debt, by the debtor.
