Are courses at High Tech Middle integrated?
When a students course of study is fragmented into a large number of courses, it is left to the student to pull all these courses into a comprehensive understanding. We believe that students rarely are able to do so. Thus, as in our 9th grade program, we envision students taking humanities (English and History) as an integrated course and math/science as an integrated course.
