Are course materials included with online courses or downloadable CLE programs?

All downloadable CLE programs and online courses include course materials in PDF. However, many downloads offered by the ABA are not CLE programs and do not include course materials or qualify for CLE credit because of state MCLE rules on minimum length of presentation the requirements for accompanying written materials. Please review a program’s or product’s description page for clarification on whether a program or product includes PDF course materials and whether CLE credit is available.
