Are Councilmembers required to file Campaign Reports, Personal Financial Statements, or Bank Statements?
In accordance with State and Municipal Campaign Finance Regulations, Councilmembers are required to submit campaign and expenditures Reports once a campaign treasurer is designed. As stated in Municipal Campaign Finance Regulations, a candidate is also required to submit monthly bank statements.
