Are Copyright files secured and do all transmitted files remain confidential?
All files remain confidential. No one will see your files other than the intended parties. You have the option to ‘Password Lock’ the file with your own Password (from within “Winzip”) which will be done independently prior to it going onto the Express2china Gateway. You would need to e-mail this password to the recipient independently so that they can open the file. The downloaded files are dealt with by a computerized sorting office, then each file, which is copied onto CD-ROM is labelled with your tracking number, Address and contact name. They are then transported to the requested destination; you will receive confirmation from Express2china via email confirming the Time, Date and who signed for the package once the CD Rom and print outs are delivered.
