Are copies of the List of Electors available to the public upon request?
No. The Local Authorities Election Act allows for copies of the List of Electors to be provided to candidates and the Returning Officer for election purposes only. Only nominated candidates will receive a copy of the List of Electors. Upon filing Nomination Papers, candidates will be supplied with the List of Electors and will have the option of purchasing the List of Electors in electronic format.
