Are cooks who sell through Cookum licensed by a food regulatory authority?
Some cooks may be licensed, but we do not specifically require cooks to obtain a license. However, in agreeing to our Terms of Use, every member agrees to comply with all laws applicable to him or her. In some cases this may mean a cook needs to obtain a license or other regulatory approval. It is the responsibility of each cook to determine whether such a license or approval is required before offering to sell food on Cookum.
