Are contracts required?
Contracts are NOT required. We set-up a monthly payment plan that is paid at the first of every month. If you want to change or stop service please give us a 48 hour notice or we may have to charge for the visit. One time cleaning payment will be due after the cleaning that day. Plans- Payments that are not receive by the 15th of the month will be charged a 10% penalty. Also a service fee of $25 will be charge for any returned checks.
