No, the policy for only provides coverage for: – executive officers, stockholders or member of the board of trustees, directors or governors of the Named Insured while acting within the scope of his duties as such; – employees of the Named Insured (excluding medical doctors, doctors of osteopathy and doctors of podiatry) who are licensed or approved by the Commonwealth to provide health care services while acting within the scope of their duties in providing such services as employees of the Named Insured.
