Are contingency sales acceptable?
No. All sales are final. A substantial bid deposit is required with each bid and the remainder of the purchase price must be paid within 180 days of the date of the auction. Failure to pay the full amount within 180 days shall disqualify the bid and will result in forfeiture of the bid deposit. The final payment may be made at any time within the 180 day period.
