Are contact lenses too complicated for young teens?

0

Not at all. Young teens listen and follow care instructions or wearing time instructions* in the case of daily disposables, because they really want to wear contact lenses. They are just as aware of the need to clean lenses daily if needed and of disinfection procedures and are often better than a lot of adults!* It may have something to do with young teens being less busy. Also, young teens generally like to be responsible. When they get lenses, they are in charge of them and they feel proud. They feel unique as well because they are able to do something even grown-ups sometimes don’t want to do.
