The concept of Condo Hotels is built around luxury, high-rise properties located in incredible and desirable places. They are built at outstanding vacation destinations usually close to beaches, casinos, major golf courses or theme parks. The projects are backed and operated by prestigious hospitality companies like the two you mentioned and others such as Sonesta, Trump, Hilton and Hyatt. This in itself would seem to make them a desirabl investment project. They generally offer excellent amenities from ranging from full-service spas and fine-dining, to resort style pools and outstanding guest services. Whether or not they are a good investment is very subjective. Depending on location, condo hotels can be very profitable year-round.
