Yes. Compounding fees including the amount charged, amount paid, and all adjusted amounts can be reported utilizing HCPCS_S9430 “Pharmacy compounding and dispensing services” in the SV1 segment. See http://www.dir.ca.gov/dwc/pharmfeesched/PFScompound.asp for the allowed amount.
