Are coffee pots, hot plates, toasters allowed?
Appliances with exposed heating elements are not allowed. Students are allowed to have one microwave per room. There are stoves, ovens and microwaves located throughout both buildings and are readily accessible to residents. • Are there pay telephones in the halls? Yes, one per floor. • Are there water fountains on each floor? Yes. • How many floors are there in each hall? Bodine has 8 floors of residents, 4 for men and 4 for women. Barnum has 3 floors of residents, 2 for men and 1 for women. Seeley has 3 floors of residents, 2 for men and 1 for women. Barnum is a substance free hall. • What about security? Each student is provided with a Personal Alert Device (PAD) that fits in the pocket as a key chain. When pushed, the device sends a signal to the security providing them with a picture of you, vital information, and a map of your location. The PADs can be tested at your convenience. The security patrolman will arrive on scene within 2 minutes of a PAD’s activation. All three residen
