No. According to Article 9 of the CNNIC Internet Keyword Disputes Resolution Policy (CNNIC IKDRP), CNNIC and the registrars shall not participate in internet keyword dispute resolution proceedings in any capacity or manner other than providing the information relevant to the registration and use of the internet keyword upon the request of the Dispute Resolution Service Provider.
