Are clothes wetter than normal coming out of the washer?

0

If the washer is not spinning out completely or the incorrect cycle was selected (i.e. gentle versus normal spin speed), the clothes will be wetter and the dryer will take longer to dry the clothes. If you can wring or squeeze water out of the clothes when they come out of the washer, check to make sure the right spin speed has been selected. If it has, the trouble could be a loose washer drive belt or the transmission.
