Are classes offered at various times during the weekday and the weekend?
Yes, classes are available at the following times: • Weekday Mornings: 8:00am -12:00pm • Monday and Thursday Evening: 5:30, 6:30, and 7:30pm • Saturday Mornings: 9:00am • Pilates Classes are held – Tuesday/Thursday: 8:00am, Monday: 1:30pm • Individual Training is also available upon request • Class size is limited to ensure adequate attention to all participants
