Are classes ever cancelled due to weather or statutory holidays?
Some Continuing Education classes continue to meet during statutory holidays. Please check with your instructor to determine whether your class is meeting on holiday Mondays. If the college is closed due to inclement weather, cancellation of Continuing Education classes will be announced on local radio stations. It is important that, at the time of registration, you provide a telephone number where you can be reached during the day. Occasionally, it is necessary to postpone a class inclement weather, instructor illness. The instructor and Loyalist make every effort to avoid inconvenience for our students at these times, but to do so, we must be able to contact you prior to your coming to class. Can I get to Loyalist by bus? The Belleville Transit Commission provides evening bus service on an hourly basis to and from Belleville and the College.
