Are city meetings broadcast on a cable channel?
Yes. City Council and Planning Commission meetings are broadcast live on Channel 8 on our cable system. City Council meetings are held on the second and fourth Mondays of each month (meetings that fall on holidays are changed to the following Tuesday evening) at 7:00 p.m. Rebroadcasts of the Council meetings may also be seen on Tuesdays at 9 a.m., Fridays at 7 p.m., and Saturdays at 1 p.m. Planning Commission meetings are held the first and third Tuesdays of each month at 7:00 p.m. Rebroadcasts of Planning Commission meetings may be seen on Mondays at 9 a.m., Thursdays at 1 p.m., and Saturdays at 9 a.m.
