If your church has a specific 501(c)(3) certified program, that program may request a software donation. For example, if your church operates a homeless assistance program that is open to the larger community and is recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a 501(c)(3) organization, you may apply for a donation on behalf of that program. Adobe does not make donations directly to any religious organizations or programs aimed at propagating a particular faith or creed or programs that are otherwise religious.
