Are church gymnasiums, kitchens, fellowship halls, recreation centers, etc. acceptable?
No. Such amenities are neither necessary nor acceptable in the eyes of God. We should never need gimmicks to sell the Gospel to people, and using the Lords money for such flippant constructions is a disgrace to the command to Make disciples of all the nations (Matthew 28:18-20). There is no Biblical authority for these constructions.
