No, they are not, and the attunements are not interchangeable. Chios is a separate healing art from Reiki, using separate and different attunements. If you wish to practice Chios healing you should receive the Chios attunements. Attunements may be requested by contacting Chios Master Teachers: see Contact Chios Master Teachers to find a Chios Master in your local area (or one who may provide attunements by distance).
