Most of the ZENworks for Desktops agents-such as the remote management agent, printer install, and the help desk utility-can be quickly re-configured by policy without a re-boot. Desktop policies built upon native Windows tools-such as the Microsoft System Policy Editor and Windows 2000 Group Policies-require additional procedures.
