Are changes/rebookings possible?
Refunds are not possible for initiated flights. Subject to payment of a fee of € 25.00 / GBP 20.00 / SEK 240.00 per route and passenger, all flight bookings can be changed for the booked passenger and also for a different passenger within the current flight period up to 2 hours prior to the scheduled departure time at the TUIfly-Service Center during the Service Center opening hours. In both cases, (booking for another flight for the same passenger or booking of the same flight for a different passenger) the passenger will be required to pay the price difference if the fare at the time of the new booking is higher thant the original fare (difference to actual fare at time of new booking is payable). No refunds are made if the new fare is lower than the original fare.
