Are centipedes and millipedes capable of regenerating missing body parts?

Answer Dear Jason – Many arthropods (the phylum to which centipedes and millipedes belong) have at least some capability of regenerating lost limbs if the loss occurs during immature stages. Once they reach adulthood, this capability is lost, as regeneration only occurs during the molting process. Centipedes definitely have this capability (see http://www.deh.gov.au/cgi-bin/abrs/fauna/details.pl?pstrVol=CHILOPODA;pstrTaxa=1…), but I am not certain about millipedes.
