Are Centers required to add Procedure codes when documenting a Clinic Visit?
The value of adding Procedure codes to clinic visits will need to be determined at the Center level. Centers who are billing clients may find using the Procedures codes supports their billing process. Others may use them for activity counts but otherwise the information is found in other data fields such as Notes or Exam Activities.
