Are cedar planks used in grilling salmon reusable?
I know I own some and the package says you can use them twice but no more than 4 times and that it all depends on how dried out they are. I haven’t actually cooked with them yet. Most of the planks I saw recommended only using them once or maybe twice though, and I doubt the one’s I have are really any different since they weren’t very expensive.
