Are carnation instant breakfasts good meal replacements when trying to lose some weight?
i used to be obese and thought that stuff bought over the counter was the answer. now that i am at semi goal and have been for a few years i have realised the only thing that works is eating sensibly and exercising. some tips: dont eat/drink: coke/any other fizzy drink buy low calorie drink that you mix with water – its pretty good! dont eat butter/marg etc stop eating anything white (bread/rice/sugar) stop sugar, use max 2 level tsp a day garlic tablets are amazing at cleaning out your system (this is the best tip you will ever get!) no salt no sauces here is a simple eating plan : break: 1 small tub fat free yogurt 30g all bran drink atleast one glass of water with mixing juice above snack: 1 small fruit lunch: one wholewheat pita with a 80g chicken breast, table spoon cottage cheese, gerkins (not more than 3) and pepper /herbs to taste snack: slim slab cup of soup lite dinner: spaggetti bol: 60g mince, 6 table spoons onion/tomato, 10 button mushrooms, and spaggetti should be about t
