No. Only EVGA products are eligible for the Step-Up™ program. Q: What is an eligible card? A: For a card to be eligible for the step up program it must meet the following requirements; • It must be an EVGA graphics card. Cards from other manufactures will not be accepted. • You must have purchased the card, and be the original owner of the card. Cards obtained as prizes, through EVGA recertification program, cards purchased used and cards originally issued as review units, etc. are not eligible. • Card must be in working order and free of cosmetic and physical defects. • Card must be registered with EVGA.
