Yes -cos they’re both Boll*cks. My Rant goes like this……….. With Global Warming, oil running out and Democracies behaving covertly to disguise their reasons for acting on any scenario (whether it’s invading Iraq, or just putting up taxes – you will rarely be told the full story, or get what you were promised on your election manefesto – but what will be delivered will be watered down pap……….) So ……………the only way forward is Benevolent Dictatorship. That is you will take your medicine-because it’s good for you and eventually things will get better. This works ‘cos nobody needs to worry about being re-elected, so they don’t need to lie to you. If you like – a sort of open book “Military Junta” – while you may scoff – take a look at Thialand and Singapore as good examples – commercially sucessfull, sharp dicipline, and in Singapore’s case spotlessly clean – now imagine if you could run that model around the world.
