Camel spiders are not spiders, they are relatives of spiders, or Solifugaes. There are actually two camel spiders in that photo attached together. That photo was taken at an angle to make them look bigger than they really are. The guy you see in the background is not holding the camel spiders, and you can see the cuff and hand of the guy holding it, showing that the camel spider is no wear near the size of the guy’s wrist.
