• Yes, use of calculators is permitted for COMPASS or ASSET Math and Chemistry placement tests. Note that an on-screen calculator is available for the computerized (COMPASS) Math placement test. However, if you are taking the paper-and-pencil (ASSET) Math or Chemistry placement test, please bring your own calculator on the actual day of testing.
