Are CAAT treatments covered by health insurance?
This depends on your health insurance provider as well as the specifics of your situation. Some patients receive full reimbursement, some partial reimbursement. We recommend you submit our invoice to your insurance company; if declined, we suggest you get a statement of necessity from your doctor and write a letter for a hearing to appeal the decision (see letter to Oxford Insurance).
