Yes, the echo vehicle unit is a small, robust and extremely reliable unit. echo can be run from a ‘cigarette lighter’ power source for temporary installations, professionally installed or run from an optional battery pack. These choices give you the flexibility to quickly and effectively deploy echo. The C-Pal is just carried around with the person being tracked in a pocket or bag. It is charged just like a mobile telephone from a mains charger and a full charge lasts around 48 hours. In areas where there is no electricity a solar charger can be provided to keep the C-Pal battery fully charged at all times.
